PERMANENT
This system uses pre-cast concrete
cylinders driven hydraulically into the soil beneath the
foundation. Each pile is driven to the proper depth to properly
support its specified load, assuring PERMANENT repair.
FAST
Since no concrete is poured on
site, the job is completed in only 2-3 days. Valuable plants are
not subjected to prolonged periods out of the ground.
CLEAN
No heavy equipment is used on
site, thereby minimizing problems of site cleanliness and damage to
lawns and shrubs.
GUARANTEED
The foundation work that is done
is guaranteed in writing for the life of the structure. If
the repair work ever fails, it will be corrected at no additional
cost. This guarantee is transferable to the new owners of the
property.
NO
SUBSTITUTE
The Perma Pile System was
developed, tested and proven by engineers. While others may
imitate, Keystone personnel have been fully trained by the
developers of the system to perform the permanent repairs.
